Since its creation in September 2003, our team of bioinformatics is in charge of strategies development of data quantitative analysis from experiments realized on the microarray platform Godmap.
Our activities cover at once the informatic support of platform activity, and the development of new tools for data and images analyses from experiments.
In this scope, we are interested at once in transcriptom analysis and in protein-protein interactions.
The first theme of research lead us to define optimisation strategies of experiments planifications and data flows, to ameliorate or to develop tools which are needed for images analysis, statistical analyses and biological interpretation of generated data.
The second theme of research includes a part on characterization of specific interactions surfaces between proteins, and a part on analysis of data from proteins microarray either by static analysis, or by dynamic analysis.
